Avoiding Google captcha

Other than the obvious search for proxies --  when run from local machine I have pause set to min 6 / max 8, this shoudl be enough time for Google to not think its a bot/script, but apparently not - every run ends with errors and i have incomplete data. What are your recommendations for settings when running from the local machine.

Re: Avoiding Google captcha

You should invest into shared proxies.

How many sites/terms are you tracking?
