checking selected keywords from search
If I tick the checkbox next to some keywords will only those keywords be checked or do I need to create a new search?
Also, what does "out" mean?

For now all keywords are checked at each run (will add a quick/express check feature later).
out means unranked/not found in the SERP most of the time
