If it does not solve your problem, before asking a question provide the following information :
_ OS (linux/windows/macosx...)
_ serposcope version
_ java version
Serposcope v1 (the PHP version) is no more supported, please install serposcope v2 https://serposcope.serphacker.com
If possible, share your logs, you can use a service like https://gist.github.com/ to paste your logs.
