This tools still working ???

Hi, can you tell me if this program is still working?
I've been using it for the past year.
since update 12.xx nothing works anymore.
When I run a scan, it stays on 0%
A downgrade doesn't solve the problem either.
I really like the serposcope,
but I haven't been able to work with it for months.
Is it still working?
Can you help me.
