fetch a proxy list from URL

I have a html page with a list of private proxies in the format: IPAddress:Port. When I click on the 'Update Proxies List URL' button, nothing happens. If I copy the list and paste it in the bulk import box, it works. How exactly does the list work? Is it a scraper that looks for IP Address:Port within the html page or does it require a specifically configured list. My proxy list is on the same server so the url is http://localhost/proxy/proxy-list.html.

I wrote a vbscript to download the proxy list every 30 minutes which it feed to my SEO programs. I would like Serposcope to automatically pickup the fresh proxies before it starts checking rankings. Thanks for the program.
