Setting Serposcope Up on AWS & on a subdomain

Hi,

I'd like to set Serposcope up on AWS instance and then connect to the app through the web. Ideally, I would be able to set it up on a subdomain: serposcope.mydomain.com

Is this possible?

Looking for any and all help!

Thanks

Re: Setting Serposcope Up on AWS & on a subdomain

Hi,

First point domain serposcope.mydomain.com to the AWS instance ip.

After this first step you should be able to access serposcope at the following URL: hxxp://serposcope.mydomain.com:7134/

If you want to access  serposcope via hxxp://serposcope.mydomain.com/ (without the :7134 port part), you need to setup nginx or apache2 to act as a reverse proxy, and proxypass to serposcope (which is alwasy listening on 127.0.0.1:7134).
